1. Enrollment & Admission

5. Certification & Completion

  • Students must meet the course requirements (attendance, assignments, assessments) to receive certificates.

  • Completion certificates are issued under the name Marketing Clutch (3D Marketing Clutch Pvt. Ltd.).

6. Placement Guarantee

  • Placement support is provided only for eligible students as per the signed MoU.

  • The institute reserves the right to revoke placement benefits if eligibility criteria (attendance, performance, professionalism) are not met.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All course content, designs, videos, and documents are the intellectual property of Marketing Clutch.

  • Copying, distributing, or reproducing our content without permission is illegal and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Marketing Clutch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from course use, job placement delays, or third-party services.

9. Modifications

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
