🔹 Eligibility for Refund

  1. Placement Guarantee Refund

    • If a student has successfully completed the full training program, submitted all assignments, attended required sessions, and still does not receive a placement within the committed timeline (as per MoU), a 100% course fee refund will be processed.

    • The student must meet all eligibility conditions mentioned in the MoU signed at the time of enrollment.

  2. Course Cancellation by Institute

    • In the rare case that a course is cancelled by the institute due to any unforeseen reason, the full course fee will be refunded.

  3. Demo Class Satisfaction

    • If a student attends the first session (demo or orientation) and is not satisfied, they must request a refund within 48 hours after the first class. In such cases, a partial fee (excluding registration or administrative fees) may be refunded.


🔹 Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Registration/admission fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Refunds will not be provided:

    • If the student discontinues or drops out after attending multiple sessions.

    • Due to personal reasons (relocation, change of mind, time constraints).

    • For recorded/self-paced courses once access is granted.

    • If the student fails to meet the eligibility criteria for the placement guarantee.


🔹 Refund Request Process

  1. Submit a written refund request to support@marketingclutch.com with valid reasons and supporting documents (if applicable).

  2. Our accounts and management team will review the request within 7 business days.

  3. If approved, the refund will be processed via bank transfer within 10–15 business days.
