📝 Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

🎓 Purpose of the MoU

The purpose of this agreement is to establish a clear understanding regarding:

  • Training delivery and student expectations

  • Placement assistance and guaranteed placement terms

  • Fee structure, refund policies, and performance requirements

🧑‍🎓 Student Commitments

By signing this MoU, the student agrees to:

  • Attend all training sessions (live or recorded) as per the course schedule

  • Complete all assignments, projects, and assessments on time

  • Maintain professionalism and discipline throughout the course

  • Cooperate fully with placement processes (mock interviews, resume building, etc.)

  • Not share or misuse training materials or login credentials

🏢 Institute Commitments

Marketing Clutch (3D Marketing Clutch Pvt. Ltd.) agrees to:

  • Provide comprehensive digital marketing training as per the enrolled course

  • Ensure timely access to learning materials and instructor support

  • Offer placement assistance, including interview preparation and job referrals

  • Provide Guaranteed Placement or 100% Course Fee Refund, subject to student compliance

  • Maintain student data confidentiality as per ISO 27001:2013 standards

💼 Placement Guarantee Terms

  • The student must complete the entire course and participate actively in all placement activities

  • Minimum eligibility criteria (attendance, performance, assignment submission) must be met

  • If the student remains unplaced after the placement support period, and has followed all terms, a full course fee refund will be provided as per the refund policy

📄 Signing the MoU

The MoU will be digitally or physically signed at the time of enrollment and shared with the student. It is a legal and binding document that ensures accountability on both sides and helps maintain clarity during the course duration.

📌 Important Notes

  • This MoU is governed by the laws of India

  • Disputes, if any, will be addressed under the jurisdiction of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh

  • The MoU becomes effective from the date of course enrollment
